This Cancellation Policy applies to airport transfers, hotel transfers, private tours, excursions, and related services provided by First Quality Transport and Tours Ltd. (“FQT Tours”).
Customer cancellations
48 hours or more before pickup
Customers who cancel at least 48 hours before the confirmed pickup time are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, subject to any non-refundable third-party fee that was disclosed and accepted at booking.
Less than 48 hours before pickup
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the confirmed pickup time are not refundable.
No-shows
A customer who does not appear at the confirmed pickup location or cannot be reached using the contact information provided is treated as a no-show and is not eligible for a refund.
How to cancel
Cancellation requests must be sent as soon as possible by email to bookings@fqttours.com or by WhatsApp / phone at +1 876-836-6101. Please include the booking name, booking reference, service date, and requested cancellation. The cancellation time is based on when FQT Tours receives the request, using Jamaica local time.
Weather, safety, or FQT cancellation
If FQT Tours cancels or cannot safely provide a service because of weather, road conditions, operational circumstances, or another safety-related reason, FQT Tours will offer a reasonable rescheduling option or a refund of the unused amount paid.
Third-party attractions and fees
Some tours or excursions include services controlled by third-party attractions, operators, or admission providers. Third-party fees are refundable only when the relevant provider allows a refund. FQT Tours will communicate any applicable provider terms when known.
Changes instead of cancellation
Customers may request a change to the date, time, route, passenger count, hotel, or service. Changes are subject to availability and may change the price. A change request is not complete until FQT Tours confirms it in writing.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing times can vary by payment provider and bank. FQT Tours may contact the customer for clarification before processing a refund.
