These Booking Terms apply to airport transfers, hotel transfers, private tours, excursions, and related transportation services provided by First Quality Transport and Tours Ltd. (“FQT Tours”).
Bookings and confirmation
A booking request is subject to availability. A booking is confirmed when FQT Tours sends written confirmation and, where payment is required, the payment has been successfully processed.
Payment
Unless FQT Tours confirms otherwise in writing, full payment is required at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices and trip details are recalculated before checkout and may be adjusted if the requested service, passenger count, hotel region, or availability changes.
Customer information
Customers must provide accurate names, contact details, pickup information, passenger counts, flight details, hotel information, baggage details, and special requirements. FQT Tours may contact the customer to clarify information before confirming service.
Pickup and flight information
Customers should provide correct arrival or departure details and be ready at the confirmed pickup location and time. Flight delays, airline changes, customs, baggage collection, traffic, weather, and other conditions may affect timing. FQT Tours will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the information provided.
Changes to a booking
Requests to change a date, time, route, passenger count, hotel, or service are subject to availability and may change the price. Changes should be requested as soon as possible using the contact details below.
Third-party services and attractions
Some excursions, admissions, attractions, or other components may be provided by third parties. Their schedules, admission rules, and refund terms may apply. Any third-party fee is refundable only when the relevant provider permits it.
Service and safety
FQT Tours may make reasonable vehicle, driver, route, or timing adjustments to provide the service safely and efficiently. Customers must follow driver and attraction safety instructions and must not request unsafe or unlawful transportation.
